Bert Briones
Bert Briones is the Principal Attorney at Red Hill Law Group, a Professional Corporation. He specializes in Personal Finance Law, including bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11, and 13), bankruptcy alternatives, wills, trusts, estate planning, and small-business succession planning.
Bert graduated from Trinity Law School and is a member of the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association, Christian Legal Society, Southern California Institute, Advanced Wealth Studies Institute, Orange Coast Estate Planning Council, Wealth Council, and the Orange County Bar Association. He has been admitted to the California Central District, California Southern District, California Eastern District, the California Northern District and every Federal District Court in California.
Bert is committed to helping all Red Hill Law Group clients experience the professionalism of a large office, but with the personal attention of a smaller firm. His goal is to provide meaningful, timely solutions and information to individuals in need of legal advice from a fresh perspective. Bert grew up in Southern California and enjoys the gym, church activities, college and professional football, and spending time with his family.
